Researchers at the University of Colorado at Boulder seek right-handed individuals 23-50 years old with no neurological impairment, no current or past major psychiatric disorder, and no metal implants/pacemakers for laboratory and brain imaging (fMRI) studies. Fiske Planetarium will be offering a FREE public event on Monday Aug. 6 at 7 pm. This program will feature a talk by CU scientist Dr. David Brain and the debut of some of the first images to be taken by this mars rover. Mars Curiosity is the largest unmanned rover ever sent beyond Earth. It is roughly the size of a Volkswagen Bug and weighs about a ton. Many dub this as the SUV of rovers. The program is FREE.
