Family therapy for youth with mood problems

The Colorado Family Project, a group of clinicians and researchers at CU, is conducting a study of family-based therapy for youth with mood swings and a family history of bipolar disorder. Treatment focuses on helping youth and their families understand and cope with mood swings, develop plans for preventing moods from getting worse, communicate more effectively, and solve family problems. Treatment is free of charge, and families are compensated for participation in regular research interviews.

Designed by Nature: A Fashion Show

CU's Fashion Design Student Association will present their latest fashion show, “Designed by Nature,” TONIGHT, April 26, at 7 p.m. in Duane G1B30. FDSA is a group of self-taught student designers and models who put on a fashion show every semester. For this semester’s show, the twelve student designers each based their collection on the theme of Nature, which has resulted in a variety of different styles. The show is free and open to the public.
