Volunteer to teach English on campus!

The Student Worker Alliance Program is looking for volunteers to teach one-on-one English language classes for fall semester! Classes meet for one hour, twice a week for nine weeks. Schedules are flexible to fit in between classes and a foreign language background is not necessary to participate. Wanted: Heterosexual romantic couples for a study involving pain

Researchers at CU Boulder seek heterosexual romantic couples of healthy individuals between ages 18 and 55 for laboratory and brain imaging (fMRI) studies on pain. Our studies use heat pain, similar to holding a cup of hot coffee. Pain is always kept at a level that is tolerable for you. Both members of the couple receive $12-$24/hour for participation. CU-Boulder public auction now open to University employees

UCB Property Services’ next public auction of surplus property/equipment will take place Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012. According to new legislation, university employees may now purchase surplus property for personal use. Items to be sold are available for preview 9 am-3 pm Friday, Sept. 14, 2012, at the CU Distribution Center, 3300 Walnut Street. A list of inventory items in the Surplus Property System is available through our web-site.
