The UMC’s semi-annual Midnight Breakfast is fast approaching on Monday, Dec. 17. In order to make this event happen, we need help from our wonderful staff to volunteer to assist in preparing and serving breakfast to over a 1,000 CU students. We are looking for volunteers to help serve food to students, beginning at 11:59 pm, and help with food preparation and assembly prior to the breakfast. The Volunteer Resource Center is taking art submissions for Eye Contact, an art and alternate gift shopping event. The theme of this event is “addressing and raising awareness about the issue of modern day slavery” and we encourage all artists to engage in this critical issue and share their art with the community. We are accepting submissions from any medium of art (photography, painting, film, mixed media, drawing, sculpture, etc.)Please e-mail submissions to volunteer@colorado.edu by November 26th.
