‘Chasing Ice’ filmmaker to debut unseen glacial photography at Macky Auditorium April 1

Photographer and adventurer James Balog will share his stirring and beautiful glacial photography revealing changes in climate at a free event on Monday, April 1 at 7 p.m. in Macky Auditorium. Balog is the founder of the Extreme Ice Survey and the subject of the film “Chasing Ice.” The event, “A Conversation with James Balog on the Art of Chasing Ice,” is hosted by Earth Vision Trust and CU-Boulder’s Inside the Greenhouse project. Paid student leadership position with Career Services

Career Services is seeking applications from undergraduates interested in serving in a leadership role as a Peer Career Advisor. The position allows students to use their strengths in conducting career related presentations and helping students navigate the job/internship search process. Rocky Mountain Philosophy Conference

Join us April 5-6 for a weekend of exciting philosophy talks and discussion at the 15th annual Rocky Mountain Philosophy Conference. We will have three esteemed keynote speakers: Dr. Elizabeth Harman (Princeton University), Dr. Ruth Chang (Rutgers University), and Dr. Edwin Curley (University of Michigan).
