Join us from 10 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. in the UMC for a series of One Billion Rising events that include read-ins, yoga, Guy Talk, a film screening, theater and more. Bus To Show student group meeting Feb. 26

The Bus To Show student group is holding a meeting on Feb. 26 to determine the destination of our first free bus ride. Bring a friend, eat free food and vote on a concert. When the show has been determined by student group votes, Bus To Show student group members will enjoy a free bus ride to the concert on the date of the event. Social science experiments at CU

Have you ever wanted to participate in cutting edge research? This is your opportunity. We are looking for subjects to participate in a new experimental study here at CU. This opportunity is open to subjects 18 years or older who are interested in earning cash for their time. The experiments will be held next week and take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours each. 15th Annual Thompson Awards for Western American Writing -- Win $500

Each year, the Center of the American West awards $500 cash prizes to talented students writing on Western topics. All CU-Boulder degree students, both undergraduate and graduate, are eligible. Categories are poetry, fiction, memoir, creative non-fiction and academic non-fiction. The entry deadline is March 14. The Women's Resource Center is hiring
