Each year, the Center of the American West awards $500 cash prizes to talented students writing on Western topics. All CU-Boulder degree students, both undergraduate and graduate, are eligible. Categories are poetry, fiction, memoir, creative non-fiction and academic non-fiction. The entry deadline is March 14.
