If you are a sexually active male undergrad who has sex with women, and are between the ages of 18 and 24, I want to talk to you! I am currently recruiting men to participate in an interview study on contraceptive use. $30.00 cash for 2 hours of your time! The next IECE Faculty Support Lunch is 9/25, 12-1:30 p.m., UMC 247. Lunch provided! Come hear about CU’s Public Achievement (PA)Program, a stellar service-learning course and civic engagement program, which has become a major favorite of many CU students. Program Director Elaina Verveer and students will provide an interactive presentation. PA currently serves 350 Boulder Valley School District students and over seventy CU undergraduates. Peace Corps Master's International Info Session, 9/9

Master’s International allows Volunteers to incorporate Peace Corps service as credit in a master’s degree program in a variety of fields at more than 80 academic institutions nationwide. ALTEC is looking to hire a Hungarian Language Partner for our DILS (Directed Independent Language Study) Program to help students improve their skills with this less common language. Participants needed for research at University of Colorado ages 12-21

Earn $25 for participation in a 2-hour study The Adolescent Development and Preventive Treatment (ADAPT) research program is looking for individuals to participate in a study of mental health and adolescent development. Potential invitation to attend 3 additional annual time points at 6-7 hours each ($25 per hour for these). If interested, please call the ADAPT at (303) 492-4616. A confidential phone screen will be conducted to determine your child’s or your own initial eligibility.

Participants needed for research at University of Colorado ages 12-21

Research Participants ages 12-21 needed ADAPT is a place for young people ages 12-21 who are worried about experiencing unusual thoughts, suspiciousness or paranoia, or seeing or hearing things that are not there. Earn $25 for participating in a short screening interview. You may be invited to participate in a 2-year longitudinal study ($25 per hour for 7-9 hours each year). Immaculee Ilibagiza

Come see renowned speaker Immaculee Ilibagiza as she speaks about her experiences surviving the Rwandan Genocide and her tireless work to spread world peace! Admission is free! The talk is on Thursday, Sept. 12, 2013 at 7 p.m. in the Glenn Miller Ballroom. Immaculee survived the 1994 Rwandan Genocide by spending 91 silent days hidden in the bathroom of a local pastor's house. Immaculee has been honored with numerous humanitarian awards including the Mahatma Gandhi Reconciliation and Peace Award in 2007.

Swing Dancing Club at CU, Thursday night!

Hey everybody, this Thursday Sept. 29 join the CU Swing Dance Club at 7 pm for an hour long swing lesson and then a social dance until 10 pm! Totally free and no experience necessary! Come alone or bring friends, no partner is required. Just make sure to wear flat-soled shoes to dance in! We will be in the Glenn Miller Ballroom which is in the UMC opposite the front desk by the main entrance -The club will be held every Thursday night at the same time, we will post the location each week!
