Tim Curran's lab at the CU-Boulder department of psychology is looking for participants for multiple experiments about human learning, memory, perception and language. The Applied Exercise Science Lab is seeking sedentary subjects aged 18-55 to study electrically assisted bicycling (bicycle with a motor that only provides assistance when you pedal) and its potential effects on overall health. The experiment will consist of four separate sessions (up to 2.5hrs long) over 6 weeks. Benefits of participating include: body composition (% body fat), fitness assessment, bone density, glucose tolerance assessment, and blood lipid profile. As compensation, you will be entered into a raffle to win an electric bike.
