'The Sieve of all Parts'

In this solo performance, MFA Dance candidate Mandy Greenlee explores her inner physical landscape to unveil a world of characters that emerge from her heart, ovaries and other organs to illuminate ideas of separation — from the self, the body and one another. Juxtaposing humor and intensity, sacred and profane, the piece calls dancer and audience into a heightened relationship to the body. 'The Effect of Gamma Rays on Man-in-the-Moon Marigolds'

Paul Zindel’s Pulitzer Prize-winning play tells the story of Tillie, a bright young girl in 1970s America whose mother is mentally ill. As she works on the eponymous research, she and her disabled sister Ruth discover that sometimes, the only person you can count on is yourself. A classic story of discovery, love, family and the harm parents can inflict on their children. 'Songs for a New World' Nov. 5-9

The D.A.M. Show: Dance Art Media Oct. 17-19

MFA candidate Jessica Page explores ideas about dance and its potential for communication, co-creating her live performance with the audience through state-of-the-art technology, real-time data collection and creative feedback. The second half of the evening features the emerging, multi-dimensional, international cinema art form known as screendance. Presented by Boulder-based San Souci Festival of Dance Cinema. 'Our Town'

Wilder’s beloved, Pulitzer Prize-winning classic depicts life, love and death in the small American town of Grover’s Corners. The community’s hopes and dreams expand into questions about meaning and purpose: How does one “realize life”? How do we take advantage of the time that we have? A poignant portrayal of how relationships and seemingly simple moments can provide the deepest echoes throughout our lives.
