South Asian Student Association's annual show, SASA show is a cultural event showcasing the culture of different South Asian countries. The show depicts South Asian culture through a night of cultural performances and food. This year, SASA Show will be held on Feb. 28, at the Lower Gym in the Rec Center. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and will be hosted by CU-Boulder's premier comedy troupe, Left Right Tim this year. There will be free admission, free food and an open dance floor at the end of the night. Join us for this amazing event.

Lockwood Professor of English at Vassar College, as our esteemed guest speaker on March 17, at 4:30 p.m. in the Center for British and Irish Studies, Norlin M549. Professor Kumar will give a wide-ranging talk and read from his 2014 success, A Matter of Rats: A Short Biography of Patna, which ruminates on one of the world's oldest cities and capital of Bihar, India's poorest province. IMPART Fellowships (up to $4,000) are available to CU-Boulder faculty. We seek proposals that improve the campus environment in the area of gender, ethnic and cultural diversity that promote inclusive excellence. Support for faculty members (especially assistant professors) to initiate new research and scholarly programs as well as expanding the undergraduate curriculum in the areas of ethnic and gender diversity are encouraged.
