Fashion Design Student Association

Interested in fashion? Join the Fashion Design Student Association! We are a group of self-taught designers who put on a fashion show every semester. We welcome anyone who has an interest in learning how to design and sew. We are also looking for models, photographers, and hair and makeup people. We will be having two info meetings: Monday, Jan. 28 at 6:45 p.m. in HUM 370 Tuesday, Jan. 29 at 6:15 p.m. in HUM 370

Spring Student Involvement Fair

Come discover new student groups and ways to get involved on campus! The Student Involvement Fair will host more than 75 active student groups on CU's campus in the Glenn Miller Ballroom of the UMC on Tuesday, Jan. 29. There will be free food and prize drawings, too! Culture Shock 2013 Auditions

Vietnamese Student Association's Lunar New Year Culture Show

The Vietnamese Student Association of CU Boulder is proud to present our annual Tet Show (Lunar New Year Show)! It is coming up on Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013 -- doors open at 6:30 p.m., show starts at 7 p.m.; FREE admission! It is a cultural show designed to educate and celebrate the Vietnamese culture in the form of a lion dance, a martial arts demonstration, a shadow play, a skit, student dances, and of course, performances from world-famous Vietnamese performers! We are excited to put on this show for you, and we hope to see you there!

Are you CU's next Rhodes or Marshall Scholar?

Students interested in applying for UK scholarships, including the Rhodes, Marshall, and Churchill, are invited to attend an information meeting on Thursday, Jan. 31, 2 p.m., Norlin S-421. These scholarships fund one to three years of graduate study in the U.K. at Oxford and other universities. Students wishing to enter a U.K. university in 2014 must apply this spring to be considered for nomination. General qualifications: GPA of 3.7 or higher, demonstrated leadership, sustained community involvement.

Left RIght TIM Auditions! (Improv Comedy)

Left Right TIM is holding open auditions and we want YOU to come down and hang out! No comedy/ theater/ performance experience is necessary to attend. We’ll be playing games, doing short scenes, and having an all-around fun time. Those auditioning can choose from either of two first-round audition dates: Tuesday, Jan. 29 and Thursday, Jan. 31. Both audition sessions will begin at 8 p.m. and go until 10 p.m. Auditions will be held in the Hale Sciences Building in Room 270. See you there!
