The Cognitive Development Center in the Department of Psychology and Neuroscience is looking for children age birth to 12 years old who are interested in playing games that will help teach us about language self control and cognitive strategies. A visit, scheduled at your convenience, lasts about 60 minutes. Babysitting is available for siblings. Parents are compensated for travel, and kids receive a fun prize. Healthy male participants ages 18 to 28 are needed for a speech research study examining speech in athletes competing in a variety of sports (e.g., football, soccer, swimming, track) and comparing data for high- versus low- and no-contact sports. $10 per hour in compensation is provided.
