Join a discussion on the barriers and accessibility to healthcare as seen by the immigrant population. The speakers will be sharing their immigration stories and talking about healthcare services in Boulder county and at CU. Perinatal Emotion and Relationships Longitudinal Study (PEARLS) Researchers in CU’s Department of Psychology and Neuroscience are recruiting women who are currently pregnant with their first child to participate in a paid study of their experiences of pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period. 'Can Conservatives Support Diversity?'

Elizabeth Corey will outline two competing notions of diversity on campus: “Truth Diversity” and “Social Justice Diversity.” In many ways, they are at odds. Corey will illuminate the visions of university life that animate each and answer the question of whether or not there is any way to bridge their differences. The lecture will take place on Tuesday, March 14, from 6 to 8 p.m. in Hellems 201.

Identity Project: Trace your genealogy!

I am Garmai Matthew, an undergraduate student researcher compiling data for my research-based documentary series the Identity Project, where 10 to 20 CU Boulder students of color will be assisted with tracing their roots! Student writing contest: Deadline March 21, $500 prizes

Center of the American West is seeking entries for the 18th annual Thompson Awards for Western American Writing. Winners receive $500. The entry deadline is March 21. Property Services' live auction of surplus property and equipment!

University of Colorado Boulder Property Services will hold a public auction of surplus property and equipment on Saturday, March 11. Items will be available for preview beginning at 8 a.m., and the auction will begin at 9 a.m. Auctions are held on East Campus at the Distribution Center located on 3300 Walnut Street.
