For the Health of It: Fresh access in Boulder County

Did you know the farmer’s market in Boulder County supports the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)? Healthier communities can be achieved with a community approach to food access, and solving these issues continues to be a concern for Boulder County Public Health (BCPH). On Wednesday, Feb. 1, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. in UMC 247, presenters Jill Strange and Tessa Hale will discuss how they are collaborating with the agricultural community and educating the public.
