The Cognitive Development Center in the Department of Psychology and Neuroscience is looking for children ages birth to 13 years old who are interested in playing games that will help teach us about self-control, language and cognitive strategies.
A visit, scheduled at your convenience, lasts about 60 minutes. Babysitting is available for siblings. Parents are compensated for travel, and kids receive a fun prize.

Volunteers are needed for a study at the Hearing and Epidemiology and Research Diagnostics Laboratory investigating potential effects of cardiovascular health on the auditory system.
We are recruiting healthy adults ages 35–55. We are specifically individuals who do not have any of the following: tobacco smoking, Type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol or use of cholesterol-lowering medication, high blood pressure or use of blood-pressure-lowering medication.
Participants will receive a comprehensive hearing evaluation and physical examination with blood draw. Participants are compensated $15 per hour for up to five hours of testing.

University Libraries is pleased to invite CU Boulder educators to apply by July 1 to participate in a Course OER Adoption Initiative. All educators with academic year 2019–20 paid appointments, including instructors/senior instructors, temporary/permanent faculty and graduate part-time teaching instructors, are invited to apply.
Selected participants will adopt an open educational resource (OER) and integrate it into an existing spring 2020 undergraduate course. Integrating the OER may result in course materials costs savings to students, afford the educator new pedagogical possibilities and inspire the educator’s thoughtful redesign of content sequencing or course assignments.
Participants will be awarded a $1,000 stipend upon completing their successful OER adoption and course integration and submitting a portfolio by May 31, 2020, that documents the integration and evaluates the course.
Summer hours for the Boulder campus will be 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., effective Thursday, May 9, through Saturday, August 17. Thursday, May 9, is the day of spring commencement.
On Sunday, Aug. 18, the Boulder campus will return to its regular operating hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some departments maintain their own unique hours of operation. Please follow your department's schedule.
