If you are a female faculty or graduate student in STEM, consider volunteering to be a speed mentor for a campus event with 175 high school girls from diverse backgrounds in the Denver metro area on Sept. 23, from 1 to 2:30 p.m. During the event, you will have a one-on-one opportunity with a high school student to discuss your teaching and research. The event will be held at the UMC.
