Join handstands and mobility class next month at The Rec

Join the Rec Center for a 4-week training course to improve overall mobility and your capacity to shift between your hands and feet. This course will emphasize a strong connection with your core, building strength and flexibility and improving mobility.

This is a great option for cross-functional training if you practice yoga or strength training.
