Join our daylight saving time sleep study

Looking for individuals, ages 18- 65, to participate in the daylight saving time study with CU Boulder. You will be able to continue your normal activities during the 18 days of at-home monitoring beginning on March 5. We only ask that you not stay up all night. If you wear the sleep watch for the 18 days and complete the daily sleep diary and weekly sleep questionnaire, you will be compensated up to $60. Email sleep.study@colorado.edu for details.
