The deadline for submitting completed performance evaluations and rating forms to the Office of Labor Relations (OLR) for all officers and exempt professionals (OEPs) is Friday, June 15, 2012. Please see that a completed and signed performance evaluation and ratings form for each OEP that you supervise has been turned in to the OLR (565 UCB) by the end of the business day on June 15, 2012.
