We are pleased to invite you to the launch of ITSS (Interdisciplinary Training in the Social Sciences). This is a new program that provides cross-disciplinary training in methods and professional socialization to graduate students who work in the social and behavioral sciences. Interested postdocs, faculty and others are also welcome at most events.
The ITSS initiative is funded by the CU Boulder Graduate School and College of Arts and Sciences and is jointly run by CARTSS (Center to Advance Research and Training in the Social Sciences) and IBS (Institute of Behavioral Science).
The launch event takes place on Thursday, Oct. 18, between 4:15 and 6 p.m. in the Norlin British Studies Room, M549. The first hour will consist of introductions to our programming and a moderated panel discussion on "the future of graduate training in the social sciences," followed by a social hour.
