The Secretary of State's office released the recently adopted Board Rules and Director's Procedures effective Jan. 14. The new rules now appear on the State Personnel Board website.

These rules contain changes to Chapter 8 "Dispute Resolution" as a result of rule-making conducted by the State Personnel Board in November 2017.
