Curator of Education at Museums of Western Colorado Rob Gay discusses the significant paleontological resources present within the Bears Ears area of southeastern Utah and the benefit of protecting the area as a national monument. Charles Wilkinson, professor at University of Colorado Law School, will provide context and describe the legal, political and cultural significance of the proposed national monument.
