'Guests of the Flowers' lecture Sept. 13

Join us at the CU Museum of Natural History on Sept. 13 from 8 to 9 p.m. for another free lecture. TDA Cockerell taught at CU Boulder from 1904-1934 and was considered a world expert on bees. The CU Libraries Special Collections & Archives holds the Cockerell Collection, a unique historical archive that illuminates the research of this early-twentieth-century Boulder entomologist. This short presentation will introduce Cockerell’s research notes, photographs and films in order to highlight his contributions to the study of pollinators.
