The chancellor, provost and deans have decided to centralize the departmental ceremony scheduling process. The commencement committee is now accepting requests for space and invites all school, college and departmental planners to visit our website for further information and the request form. The committee will evaluate the individual needs and requests and determine the master schedule, as well as work with parking, facilities management and other units to streamline the event planning process.
