Tibetan Buddhist meditation events in Norlin Library

Learn about the history and practice of Tibetan Buddhist meditation. First, try a guided meditation on Monday, Oct. 12, at 4 p.m. We’ll meet in Norlin Commons Room E113. Please wear comfortable clothing. Then, join us for “Meditation Techniques in Tibet: On the Interaction of Text and Practice,” presented by master translator Sarah Harding. The presentation will take place at 6 p.m. on Oct. 15 in Norlin Library’s Center for British and Irish studies (5th floor). Questions? Contact Megan Welsh at Megan.Welsh@colorado.edu.
