The Yoga Club is committed to providing traditional and down-to-earth yoga and meditation practices to all University of Colorado members, as well as cultivating a healthy community through monthly events and a semester retreat. We provide weekly yoga and meditation classes, which help to reduce stress and promote balance and mental clarity.
