Yoga Club

Yoga club will be offering two free classes every week on Wednesdays and Thursdays in Ketchum 235, 6-7:30 pm. Each class will be an hour of hatha yoga followed by a half hour guided meditation. Classes start Sept. 12 and 13 and you can drop into any class throughout the semester. Mats will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own. This is a wonderful opportunity to try yoga for the first time or to deepen your practice. Questions: nabhaji@gmail.com
