The Backcountry Club has arranged for Friends of Berthoud Pass to conduct a talk on avalanche awareness and safety this Thursday, Jan. 15. The event begins at 7 p.m. and will be held in room 180 of the Benson Earth Sciences building. The talk is free and open to the public; you do not need to be a member of the Backcountry Club in order to attend.
