Recent climate surveys at CU-Boulder have found a significant percentage of students (particularly those from under-represented groups) do not feel welcome or respected on campus. How can instructors deal with micro-aggressions such as sexism, racism, homophobia and other forms of discrimination that emerge in the classroom environment?
