Ethnic Studies celebrates 20 years of building the program on the CU-Boulder campus and the inaugural year of the Ph.D. in Comparative Ethnic Studies. CU is only the fourth university in the country to offer an Ethnic Studies doctoral program and the only one east of the Pacific Coast. Carlos Windham, one of the founders of the Student Coalition for Advancement and Ethnic Plurality, will join us to reflect on the events of 1994 that led to the establishment of Ethnic Studies on the Boulder campus.
