Women participants needed for paid energy expenditure study

The Applied Exercise Science Lab (AESL) is conducting a study to determine and compare energy expenditure during biking, running, rowing, stair stepping, and resistance training. We’ve finished testing the needed number of men and only need to recruit a few more women. Requirements: 18-35 year-old women, exercise at least 150min/wk, 5 visits, each visit ~1-2hrs. Benefits: determination of VO2max and lactate threshold, $10/hr, breakdown of training zones by heart rate, VO2max, and power. Additional screening questions will be asked upon inquiry.
