Guy D.R. Sanders Ph.D., director of the American School of Classical Studies at Athens will present the free Archaeological Institute of America (AIA) lecture, “What’s a Greek Urn? Day Wages, Pottery Prices and Household Goods in Medieval Europe,” 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15, in the Paleontology Hall at the University of Colorado Museum of Natural History. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Birmingham and has been the director of the American School of Classical Studies’ Excavations at Corinth since 1997.
