Tanya Heikkila Associate Professor, School of Public Affairs, CU-Denver Friday, Nov. 22 at 3 p.m. CSTPR Conference Room, 1333 Grandview Ave. Dr. Heikkila will discuss her research on water resource governance. She will explore the methods, approaches and challenges to studying the complex institutions and human interactions that structure water conflicts and cooperation, drawing lessons from her work on interstate river basins in the western U.S., on the Florida Everglades, and the Mekong River basin.
