This Well Fed meeting, we will re-shift our attention to the basics: how do sleep, diet and exercise affect mood, attention, energy, pain and other ailments for which we continually pop pills? How do these “basics” compliment and improve the efficacy of various drug treatments? How can shifting some of our habits improve our quality of life?
