LASP space research history is rich with suborbital flights on sounding rockets, balloons and aircraft. These experiments are important for the development of new space research technology, underflight calibration for satellite instruments and training the next generation of space scientists and engineers. Dr. Tom Woods will discuss LASP’s space research history with suborbital flights and rocket experiments.
