The house has two bathrooms,laundry machine, wooden floors, a parking spot, large front and back yard, full kitchen and is a 5-minute walk to CU and very close to Pearl street. The house is in a great location (1OTH AND Grandview) with great neighbors. The monthly rent per room is $775 without utilities (flexible) I am willing to completely furnish my room with items no older than one year old! Pets are ok with an additional monthly fee of $50.
