The Distinguished Speakers Board is proud to announce Sir Salman Rushdie will speak on campus Wednesday, April 17, in Macky Auditorium. Doors for the event open at 6:30 p.m., with the lecture beginning at 7:30 p.m. Student tickets are available for $2 at the DSB table on the 1st floor of the UMC. Community tickets are available for $15 through Macky's website. Rushdie is the world-renowned and award winning author of the novels including Midnight's Children and The Satanic Verses, among many others.
