The CU Women's Resource Center will host Pi Day: Celebrating Women in Math & Science, on Thurs., Mar. 14, from 12-1 p.m. in the Dennis Small Cultural Center (UMC 457). Women-identified mathematicians, engineers, biologists, and others from the campus community will be telling their stories. They will share some of the challenges they have faced as women in fields dominated by men, and how they have navigated these obstacles. We will also talk about what advice they would give to undergraduate women aspiring to careers in math and science.
