Research study on light at night, sleep in preschoolers

The CU Boulder Sleep and Development Lab is looking for participants for a research study to learn about how light exposure in the evening affects sleep and circadian rhythms in children. We need children ages 3.0 to 4.9 years who are healthy and have no sleep problems for an in-home study. This study takes place over 4–5 weeks, consisting of two identical 10-day protocols separated by 1–2 weeks. Families will be compensated for participating.
