Participants needed for dance research study

The Neural Control of Movement Laboratory on Main Campus is conducting a study that examines the effect of electrical stimulation on improving single-leg balance in experienced dancers.

The study will consist of:

  • One familiarization session (~30 minutes)
  • Two evaluations (~2.5 hours) before and after interventions
    • Training history, balance, strength and steadiness
  • 12 interventions (~30 minutes per session)
    • Three times per week for four weeks
