On April 6, CU Boulder student Ani Yahzid will host a presentation to discuss the protection of natural spaces across the U.S., diversity in the outdoors and his Exposure Film Project, an experimental film series (currently in preproduction) attempting to get more multicultural urban youth outdoors and engaged in outdoor recreation. Yahzid plans to film a two-week backcountry trip with an Atlanta hip-hop artist and his producer, both of whom have no prior outdoor experience. The discussion will take place from 3 to 4 p.m. in UMC 245.
