Workshop on using yoga to support trauma recovery

Yoga can empower survivors of trauma by reconnecting them to their physical body, increasing self-awareness and self-regulation. This two-part workshop will provide a greater understanding of the neurobiology of trauma, explore the role of the body in healing and then move into a 45-minute yoga sequence. Mats provided.
