Perceptual Control Theory (PCT) expounds even higher levels of organization in control systems than previously recognized showing us a new paradigm that applies at every level of organization from cognition to action. Radical revisions to behavior theories are suggested. Our conference provides the forum for discussing the integration of these revisions into current works.
