All CU Boulder staff and faculty need to submit proof of COVID-19 vaccination or file for an exemption in order to complete the COVID-19 vaccine requirement by the Sept. 15, 2021 deadline. Submission instructions are available for faculty and staff.
Faculty and staff who complete the vaccination requirements by the deadline will be entered into a drawing with a chance to win:
- $1,000 of credit to use at the CU Book Store
- $1,500 in cash prizes (subject to taxes)
- Apple Pencils and AirPods
- CU Buff gear from the CU Book Store
- Tickets from CU Boulder Athletics
The drawing will take place on Sept. 15. If you win, you’ll be notified directly by the Pandemic Response Office the week following the drawing.
