Students for Sensible Drug Policy invites you to join us in a candlelight vigil on Wednesday, Oct. 15, at 7 p.m. in the Fountain Area of the UMC. More than 70,000 people have lost their lives to the war on drugs in Mexico alone. The most recent victims were 43 students who were abducted by police and drug cartels in Iguala, Mexico on Sept. 26. We will stand in solidarity with the victims and their families against this senseless violence. This event will coincide with events happening throughout the U.S. and Mexico.
