Yoga as cross training will benefit your overall performance, improve your mental focus, and address any imbalances which can cause injury. This class will focus on breathing techniques, hip openers, overall flexibility, core strengthening, and balance work to compliment your training and improve your form, efficiency, and power.
Class meets in the Rec Center multi-purpose room. This week it is FREE to students, members and guest pass holders.
