Special Lecture: Explaining State Repression & Sexual Violence in El Salvador

Professor of Political Science at the College of Wooster, is presenting her work based on a the El Salvador Human Rights Archive, a unique resource available only at CU-Boulder. This project examines patterns of state-perpetrated sexual violence and other forms of political violence during the civil war in El Salvador to understand why militaries engage in such violence.
