Since 2020, the AB Nexus Research Collaboration Grant Program has awarded over $2 million to 30 teams featuring researchers from CU Boulder and CU Anschutz Medical Campus. AB Nexus is pleased to announce its fall 2022 program, which seeks proposals from interdisciplinary teams that expand and strengthen areas of research collaboration between the Anschutz and Boulder campuses.
The University Libraries is updating the main online library search as part of a planned move to a new library services platform, the Future Of Libraries Is Open (FOLIO). The new OneSearch will launch on June 20 and will offer a cleaner, more modern search of the catalog and a new look for the search bar.
This means that OneSearch permalinks to books, articles and journals currently used in syllabi, courses and elsewhere will no longer work, effective July 2022. Faculty will need to update any permalinks they are using to point to the new OneSearch.

The CU Boulder COVID-19 dashboard has been retired as of May 31, 2022. Archived data remains accessible for the fall 2020, spring 2021, fall 2021 and spring 2022 semesters.
Boulder County continues to publish the most current local COVID-19 metrics, which incorporate case metrics for CU Boulder affiliates living in the county.
While Boulder County is currently classified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in the High community level, there are no on-campus restrictions at this time. We will continue to monitor local conditions, and implement a framework for public health and COVID-19 decision-making that follows CDC guidance.

This is required even though there is no university-wide ceremony. PhD students must enter their dissertation title as part of the online graduation application, and the title may be updated until this deadline. This title will appear on your transcript after your degree is awarded.

All students are required to carry a comprehensive medical insurance plan while attending CU Boulder. Complete your requirements now for the fall semester. The portal opens June 14 and closes Sept. 15.

Students must meet this requirement their first semester at CU Boulder and at the beginning of each academic year. Those taking 6 or more undergraduate credit hours or 1 or more graduate credit hours are required to complete the health insurance requirement process.
Once a student is registered for their semester credits, the student will begin receiving email communications from Academic HealthPlans. These emails explain the insurance requirement and outline the process of enrolling or waiving the Anthem Gold SHIP.
All fee-paying students, regardless of their insurance plan, have full access to the services provided by Health and Wellness Services.

Choose from hundreds of in-person, online, remote, and hybrid remote/online courses and save time and money, get into popular classes, focus on one class, find flexible options that fit your schedule, and/or get back on track if you are facing academic difficulty.
Boulder County has moved into high COVID-19 community levels based on Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) metrics.
The move from the medium to high COVID-19 community level indicates that COVID cases are high in our community, and the strain on hospitals and healthcare facilities in Boulder County is rising.
Take piano lessons with an undergraduate piano intern this fall! These lessons are for adult students, staff or faculty who are absolute beginners at the piano instruction (no exceptions).
The instructors are undergraduate piano majors in their junior or senior year. No university credit. Professor Alejandro Cremaschi supervises the interns.

The BolderBoulder 10K run will take place on Memorial Day, May 30, 2022.
The setup and event will impact campus roads/parking from 5 p.m. on Saturday, May 28, through 2 p.m. on Monday, May 30. Some routine parking arrangements around the stadium will be modified for this event. Every permit holder from all Main and East Campus lots needing access to main campus must park in lot 327 (the C4C parking garage) on Monday, May 30. Permit holders in lots with extended restrictions will receive alternate parking arrangements via email. Parking staff will be available to assist visitors and permit holders on the day of the event. Traffic attendants will be located at the intersections of Folsom Street/Colorado Avenue,18th Street/Broadway and Euclid Avenue/Broadway.
Parking for persons with disabilities will be available in lots 360 East and 444. An ADA placard or license plate is required to park in reserved ADA-accessible parking lots. When purchasing an ADA spot, there is not a specific permit for ADA-accessible parking; please purchase the public pre-sold finish line parking permit. When arriving on race day, proceed to lot 360 East or 444 with your placard or license plate and pre-sold permit.
